Creative!!

Sometimes I get in moods to be creative. Today I expressed my mood by making Sophie and bed for her crate and making Lee Peanut Butter Balls (his favorite!)

SWEET TREAT!!

1 cup sugar

1 cup corn syrup

1 cup peanut butter

6 cups corn flakes

Melt sugar and corn syrup on stove, remove from heat and add peanut butter. After all are mixed and melted, add 6 cups corn flakes. Spray hands with cooking spray and make unto balls (may have to spray hands a few times). Allow to cool and ENJOY!

Predator's Hockey!!

On Monday, Lee, My Dad and I went to Game 6 of the Predator's vs. Blackhawks series. We were able to get seats in the First Tennessee Suite. Even thought the Preds lost and now the season is over, we did have a great time. Lee and I were picked to ride the Zamboni before the hockey game. It was a once in a lifetime experience and we both really enjoyed it!!

My Poor Car

Well, Monday I had to go downtown to pick up our Predators tickets for the hockey game. If you have ever had to park at the First Tennessee Nashville Main office, you know how odd the parking garage is. Well as I was backing out of my spot, I didn't see the pole in my blind spot. Guess its better then hitting an other car.

Welcome to "Shooting Through Life With The Gunns"

So I have been thinking that it is time for Lee and I to have a blog. With some inspiration from friends I have decided to go for it. Here goes nothing....

First I think you should know a little about us:

Lee and I have know each other over 9 years. We met at a bar in downtown Nashville in January of 2001. We dated for 4 years and then went our separate ways. We randomly saw each other in passing over the next several years. In October of 2007, I thought that with our history we needed to be friends, so I sent a little text message and the rest is history. We got engaged in September of 2008 and were married on May 16, 2009.

We both love sports. We both are BIG UT fans. NFL - Lee favors the Giants and I am more of a Titians fan. We are also HUGE fans of our Nashville Predators. We enjoy going to hockey games as much as possible, especially PLAY OFF games! GO PREDS!!

I work in the Financial Industry for First Tennessee Bank. I am an Operations Manager at the Gallatin, Tennessee branch. I love my job and have great co-workers.

Lee works in Food Service Industry for Olive Garden in Rivergate and Rippy's in Nashville.

We have a LARGE cat named Bear that we have had for almost 7 years, who thinks he owns us and that he is the King of the Castle. Thank the flash for making his eyes so green.

We also recently added a new member to our family. Sophie

She is a 8 month old Snoodle. She has already been a blessing to our family and is so much fun!
